SoftPerfect Print Inspector is a program to administer document printing on a LAN. It lets you manage all the printing jobs that are queued in any shared printer. You can detain or cancel any print order, see the print document properties, pause or restart a print job, or resend a command to a printer. Also, with SoftPerfect Print Inspector you can access the printer and configure all the print server options.

With SoftPerfect Print Inspector you can do all types of print auditing, and so get and save numerous detailed statistics on the documents that have been printed. These statistics will show the information referring to the document name, date, number of pages, date and time the job, username of the document creator, and the name of the machine that sent the print command. Thus you can control everything sent to a printer.

It also has a tool that lets you create diverse reports based on the collected data. You can export all the data to CSV, and later analyze it with Microsoft Excel. It is the best solution to know what happens to your office printers.
